Due to the increased interest in these vaccines and to reduce the workload of the administrator, we would like to explain the basic answers to questions here.
1. All clinical trials have recently been completed, and the vaccines are undergoing state registration before mass use. Therefore, we are not accepting new participants into the clinical trial program. The vaccines have shown high efficacy in clinical trials and currently have no analogues in the world.
2. To determine whether your case and stage of illness are suitable for use with one of these vaccines and whether there is a potential for high efficacy, we need to review your recent medical tests. This is called a preliminary patient assessment. There are two possible options for this assessment.
A) In-person assessment – visit our medical center, provide your current medical tests, or have new tests performed directly at our medical center. Our specialists will then review your results and issue a conclusion. This is a paid service. We can also assist with obtaining an emergency medical visa for travel to Russia. However, we must inform you that in this case, you must pre-book such a visit through the administrator. Only after a visit to our medical center can we determine the suitability of one of these vaccines, so you should think carefully before choosing this option. Because it may be that after coming to our medical center and passing tests, appeared that your case is not suitable for vaccine application. This option can be quite expensive in total, so we offer a second option.
B) Remote diagnostics is also a paid service, but its cost is significantly lower (you can check this with the administrator) and can be done much faster. This option involves first paying for the service, after which the administrator provides you with a list of necessary medical tests for our specialists to review. Then you provide with this information, and our specialists will prepare a conclusion within 3 business days regarding the suitability of one of the vaccines for your case.
3. If your case is suitable for the vaccine, you can discuss further options with the administrator regarding how to receive the injection. Here either you have two options: coming to our medical center and receiving the vaccination under the supervision of our specialists, or sending a personalized for your case vaccine along with instructions for its injection and further recommendations for monitoring its effectiveness. Also our specialist will be constant in touch with you on-line during whole process.
4. This section has been added at the request of the administrator handling initial inquiries from international patients. We understand the course of your illnesses and how this affects your emotional state and nervous system. We sincerely wish to help everyone we could, but unfortunately, this is beyond our physical capabilities. Therefore, we sincerely ask you to understand that every day we receive dozens, sometimes even hundreds, of initial inquiries asking for assistance. A significant number of these inquiries request free assistance, starting with the preliminary diagnostic stage. That is, without advanced payment. We sincerely hope you understand that our staff's resources and time are limited, and in addition to international patients, we have a large influx of compatriots. Therefore, we cannot provide our services to foreign citizens free of charge. This is not a matter of making a lot of money off people in difficult life situations! It is a matter of streamlining our operations and adequately compensating our staff, whose daily workload are very high. We hope for your understanding.
